Carrot Cake Soft Oat Bars

Soft oat bars full of carroty goodness. Perfect for those picky toddlers!

Ingredients

  • 140 g Oats
  • 250 g Carrots Grated
  • 65 g Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Mixed Spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C Fan Oven. Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together. Once mixed transfer into a food processor and blend for 30-60 seconds. Try not to over-do the blending otherwise it'll be too runny.

  2. Once blended pour the mixture into a square baking tin and smooth down making sure it's evenly spread out. Bake for 25mins.

  3. Once it's finished cooking take out of the oven and leave them to cool. Cut them into 15 bars and enjoy with your little ones!
