Back with my third Living Arrows post – Look at me go! If you haven’t read the others yet you can find them here. I’m writing this whilst listening to Cbeebies ‘Justin’s House’ theme tune in the background. Such a glamorous life I live! I feel like I’ve neglected my blog a little over the past week or so. My husband has been working tons and I feel like I haven’t had any free time in ages – Despite the title saying Lazy Days, It was Oliver having the lazy day, not me! I didn’t want to miss this weeks Living Arrows linky so I’m relying on Cbeebies to entertain my son for an hour – Tut tut Sarah!
I can’t really begin to explain how I’ve been this week. Exhausted and down best describes it. I won’t bore you with the details but I’m bloody glad the weekend is nearly here! All I want to do today is sleep but it’s going to be another long day! This week I’ve tried to take more photos. Although I do take a lot they’re all a bit ‘meh’. I wanted to take ‘better’ photos of things we get up to so we have nicer memories to look back on. This week I took some photos at home with my Digital DSLR. We also went to a Creative Station in a town near by to get messy with some paint!

I really wanted to take some nicer photos of Oliver at home. This is mainly because the house was reasonably tidy but also because I don’t have a lot of photos of Oliver in our new house. Most of them are nice photos, but I couldn’t resist sharing this funny one of Oliver pulling a funny face! I’m not quite sure why he pulled this face, but it always makes me laugh! It’s nice to have a few lazy days occasionally.

We went to our first Creative Station session this Wednesday and we loved it! It was great to let Oliver run around in the mess and not have to worry about cleaning up afterwards! This week’s theme was Scrunchy and Crunchy, and part of this was a box full of Rice Crispies to play with. Of course my son is the one who ignores all of the fun going around and sits in the middle of the room eating! It made us all laugh as every single time I tried to move him he wasn’t happy! So I just left him to have fun eating. We did end up making a lovely ‘piece of art’ together which I’m going to keep in a special place. I can’t wait for next weeks session!
I’m hoping to get my blogging mojo back this weekend, but we’ll see how well that goes! What have you been up to this week? Have you taken part in this week’s Living Arrows linky?
