A Day At The Pumpkin Patch – Living Arrows [39/52 2017]

Well I’ve left the Living Arrows linky to the last minute this week! I’ve been so busy and have had lots of posts planned already during the week, but I didn’t want to miss this link up! I’ve cheated a little though as I’m going to share some photos that I took today at our local Pumpkin Patch. It was the first time any of us had been to a pumpkin patch so it was really exciting!  We’ve picked out some lovely pumpkins which I can’t wait for us to carve. I’m hoping to use the pumpkins innards for a pumpkin recipe of some sort, but we’ll see if that actually happens!

Pumpkin Patch Fun - Oliver in a wheelbarrow

Pumpkins from the pumpkin patch

I’m so in love with these photos. I love Autumn and Halloween so to see Oliver so excited about being at a pumpkin patch made me so happy! We got 3 lovely pumpkins to represent the family, and I’ll of course share with you all what we decide to do with them all. We had to give Oliver a ride in the wheelbarrow and he didn’t want to get out! Now we’ve got to decide what we’re going to carve into the pumpkins. It’ll probably just be some scary faces, as I can’t say I’m very good at carving!

If you haven’t checked out my previous Living Arrows linky editions, you can check them out here. I’m really enjoying taking part in the Living Arrows link up, and I can’t wait for next weeks edition. Hopefully I’ll be able to post it a little earlier than next weekend! What have you been up to this week? Have you taken part in this weeks Living Arrows linky? Let me know in the comments, I’d love to read them! See you next week for another Living Arrows link up!

  • Wow! That’s a lot of pumpkins! I’ve never been to a pumpkin patch before but it looks like you had a fab time. #LivingArrows

  • Don’t these photos just melt your heart? Oliver looks like he’s having a whale of a time sitting in that wheelbarrow! I’d love to see your carved pumpkins when you make them later in the month! My Mum used to make pumpkin soup when we caved pumpkins as children! Hope your October is wonderful!
