Time for my favourite posts of the past month, May! I wish I could make a huge list of posts I’ve loved as there has been some amazing ones this month. If you haven’t checked out last months favourites you can check it out here.
So a quick summary again to why I’m doing this series. I am literally the worst at commenting on blog posts. I read so many but I either forget to comment, don’t remember my passwords for the accounts or my phone likes to mess me around and make it super hard to comment. So instead I want to feature 3 of my favourite posts a month as a thank you for the great content.
Let’s get started then shall we? Here’s 3 of my favourite posts this month.
I could relate to this post by Nicole so much. Nicole explains perfectly how it feels to suffer from a mental illness. I have always worried during the years I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression about what my friends must think and how they must see me. Nicole has written this post amazingly well and it’s a post I think everyone should read – those who suffer and friends of people who suffer as well. I would try and explain the post briefly but I really don’t think I could write anything as well as Nicole has, so I encourage everyone to go over to Nicoles blog and have a read.
Well first thing I want to say is – Happy 1st Anniversary Jasmin! I love personal posts like this. It may be a nice and short post but I absolutely loved it. The photos are gorgeous and were taken in the middle of Helsinki, a place I’d love to visit one day. Jasmin, I hope the next year for you and your husband is just as amazing, especially with your little one. You can check out Jasmines blog here.
Finding confidence as a mother
I’m so happy to hear that Maisie has got her confidence back as a mother, it’s something I still lack in now! All of the thoughts that Maisie has written about in this post have all gone through my head as well, and she has made some really good points regarding them. If you’re a mother who is struggling with their mummy confidence (although I’m certain you’re an amazing mummy!) you should definitely have a read of Maisies post. It really made me think about what I get anxious about and it’s actually given me a spurt of confidence to go out with my son alone..
Please go check out these amazing girls and their blogs. They deserve so much love! I can’t wait to see what else they bring the next few months. My favourite post that I’ve written this month has been ‘Blogging on a Budget’. I spent a long while coming up with ideas for this post so I was quite proud of myself when I wrote it!
Thanks so much for reading this post and I’d love for you to check out these lovely ladies blogs. Please leave your links in the comments of your favourite posts you’ve written this month, and leave links of other blogs you’ve read that you’ve loved.
